Contract
After you placed an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This is only a confirmation email and does not constitute acceptance or fulfilment of your order. A contract is only formed after we have confirmed receipt of payment from you. All sales are final. You are not able to cancel or amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is completed.
Pricing
While VERITAJOY strives to provide accurate merchandise and pricing information, pricing or typographical errors may occur. In the event that an item is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to an error in pricing or merchandise information, VeritaJoy shall have the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse/update client to top up the difference or cancel any orders placed for that item. In the event that an item is priced incorrectly, VeritaJoy may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
Payment
When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to us are true and accurate, that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to pay for your order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the goods. We accept Credit Cards payment through PayPal and PayPal payments. Please refer to payment for payment details.
Currencies
Payment made by PayPal in a currency other than Singapore Dollars will be converted to Singapore Dollars at the exchange rate determined by PayPal. Please consult the User Agreement for PayPal Service for information regarding the determination of exchange rates by them.
All payments are made in Singapore Currency. No refunds will be made to customers resulting from changes in currency rates.
Delivery
Dispatch time may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays for which we will not be responsible. VERITAJOY will not accept any responsibility for any lost or damaged mail should a customer opt for normal/regular postage. Please refer shipping for more details
Returns Policy
VERITAJOY ONLY accepts returns for item(s) that have been purchased directly from us. All returns will be processed in the form of store credits and there is NO Cash or Credit Card Refund. Please refer to our Return policy for more details.

If there are any changes to your registered information with us, you are to log into your account immediately and update the changes in personal details such as address, contact number or email address.
We have the right to cancel the registration of a Customer at any time if:
- The customer does not comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- The customer has been a nuisance of caused interference or damage to other customers or VERITAJOY or committed any acts of fraudulence.
- Any other circumstances in which VeritaJoy determines that the customer should be disqualified.
Any termination of this Agreement shall not affect the respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) of the parties arising before the date of termination.
