Q: Do I have to create an account to shop with Veritajoy?

Yes, you need to create an account to make a purchase from us. By doing so, you will be able to trace and check the status of your purchases.

Moreover, you need not key in all your details every time you shop with us.

Q: Can i amend or cancel my order?

All sales are final. You are not able to amend any part of your order or change the delivery or payment method once your order is completed.

Q: How do I use my Discount Code?

Your discount/promo code has to be entered in the box which states ‘DISCOUNT’ when checking out. Once you have entered the code, click on “Apply Discount”.

Q: What payment options do you accept?

We accept only Paypal or Visa and Mastercard.  We do not accept ATM transfer.

Q: How long does it take for my payment to be verified?

All payments will be verified within 48 hours exclude weekends and Public holidays.


Q: I have received an incorrect  / faulty item, what should I do?

Q: I haven’t received my item(S) yet, how can i track my orders?

For normal mail, there is no way we can track the items. Hence, we highly encourage you to opt for registered mail as we do not hold any responsibility for lost items mailed via normal mail.

Q: What is your postage fee?

Q: What size should I order?

You may consider the size of our products is based Asian size and may be smaller than the normal Western size. To ensure that you choose the correct size, please refer to the size dimensions given on each product page and compare against your current clothes to gauge the fitness.

Q: What is a "Free Size"?

It means we only have one size for that item. Generally, it is between size Small and Medium.  Please refer to the product page for the specific measurements.


Q: What is a back order?

When a popular item runs out of stock, we may bring in more quantity at a later date. We will need you to make payment first to secure the item.

Q: I miss the deadline for backorders, can i still join the backorder?

You will not able to join the backorders anymore once it has been closed. However, once the stocks arrive and if there are extra quantity, we will release them for sale.

Q: Can I combine the postage for ready stock and backorder item?

Ready stock and backorder items cannot be combined in a single parcel so as to avoid confusion. If your order consists of both, it will be separated during checkout and we will mail the items separately.

Q: How long do i have to wait for backorder items to arrive?

Normally it will take about 4-5 weeks for the stock to arrive after the backorder is closed. It may take longer during peak period. All items will be mailed out straight away in once the stocks arrive. Please place order only if you are comfortable with the waiting period.


Q: What is Joy Credit?

Our Joy Privileged Members will earn Joy Credits on their purchase of normal priced items. Joy Credits are calculated based on nett purchase amount calculated upon check out. These credits can be used to redeem as discount for their subsequent purchase. Earn 1 Joy Credit for every $1 spent on regular priced merchandise and redeem $1 discount with every 50 Joy Credits. 

Joy Credits are also used as a form of refund to customer who qualifies for a return. Please refer here for our refund policy.

Q: How do you convert Joy Credits into dollar value?

Every $1 spent will earn one Joy Credit which can be converted into $0.02 in dollar value.

Example 1
If a JPM makes a nett purchase of $89.40, she will earn 89 Joy Credits which can be converted into $1.78.  

Example 2
If a JPM makes a nett purchase of $89.60 she will earn 89 Joy Credits which can be converted into $1.78. 

Joy Credits alway round down to the nearest point.

Q: Can I redeem my Joy Credits for discount for Sale items?

Joy Credits are only allowed for redemption for normal priced merchandise.
